This letter is written in appreciation for and endorsement of Moceri Construction, specifically Saul Whitworth, the project manger with whom we have worked for the past year. Mr. Whitworth had primary responsibility for our recently completed construction project which included the conversion and expansion of a residential, period home into a fully updated commercial office space. This is the kind of project which, given the complexities and detail, could have been a trying, painful and protracted process. However, with Mr. Whitworth's help we were able to stay within budget and complete the project in an efficient manner.

 

In addition to his organizational skills, Mr. Whitworth did an excellent job interfacing with all members of our team, not the least of which the owner. Mr. Whitworth's response time and efficiency in responding to questions or concerns was excellent. He brought a positive, "can-do" attitude to the job, and in spite of his relative youth, appears to have garnered the respect of even the crustiest of sub-contractors. He was not above doing the dirty work occasionally needed when no one else was available. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with.

 

Having done several building projects over the years, we have learned that the project manager plays a vital role in the efficiency and quality with which construction and finish work is completed. Mr. Whitworth met and surpassed our expectations and deserves the thanks of both our team as well as Moceri Construction, who provided excellent support as well.
